Cancellation conditions for booking accommodation:

If canceled up to 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, we are entitled to charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate.

Check in / Check out:

Rezervované izby sú k dispozícii od 14:00 h. v deň príchodu. Hosť je povinný odhlásiť pobyt a uvoľniť izbu najneskôr do 10:00 h., ak čas odchodu nebol dohodnutý inak. Hosť má možnosť využiť službu skorší check in alebo neskorší check out do 12:00 v sume 30% zo základnej ceny izby.
